With a passion for creating beautiful homes, Claire has always loved changing layouts to maximise space, adding value through extra rooms or features and renovating to create modern spaces. Taking that passion into the business has meant that New Bee-ginnings has produced loved family homes for our customers.

The jump from the corporate world felt like it was the right step given this passion. The business and leadership experience gained over the last 20 years has been invaluable in making sure the business operates as just that, a business, and we believe this is the best way to serve our investors and customers. For the last 8 years Claire has headed up Health, Safety & Environment, Enterprise Risk Management & Assurance Functions in an FTSE100 company. These transferrable skills and experience have been particularly useful in shaping the business.

If Claire is steering the ship then the rest of the family are kicking like crazy under the surface to keep things moving in the right direction. With many years of experience and a mix of skills ranging from tradesmen, residential lettings and business owners, the rest of the team are a perfect compliment. Our family values play a big part in how we do things, work together and what we produce for our customers.
